The Quantum BioInorganic Chemistry Conference (QBIC-V) was held from 8 to 10 July 2019 in Marseille, France. QBIC-V is an official satellite meeting of the 9th Molecular Quantum Mechanics Conference (MQM19, Heidelberg, Germany), and of the 19th International Conference on Biological Inorganic Chemistry (ICBIC-19, Interlaken, Switzerland).
The event covers theoretical methods, novel applications, and combined computational/experimental approaches, bringing together leading figures from both computational and experimental fields.
Andrey I. Konovalov from Leiden University, one of our Young Researcher Travel Grants grantee gave a very interesting talk: “Unusual Electrocatalytic Water Oxidation Mechanism by [Cu(bbpya)](OTf)2“
