Anita Schneider
Master’s degree in linguistics, communication and political sciences. She joined EERA in July 2018 as a Communications Manager, with two of her main tasks being implementing dissemination and communication activities for EU-funded research projects and managing events for EERA and its Joint Programmes. Prior to her current position, she worked at the Bavarian Research Alliance for seven years, a German publicly funded organisation that supports scientists from academia and industry to get EU funding and manage EU projects. As Deputy Head of Public Relations, a big part of her job consisted of reaching out to the scientific community, industry, policy makers and civil society to promote EU-funded research projects and of organising information events and workshops at regional, national and international levels.
